MELANATED wants to showcase the talent that make up our community. This is a great opportunity for both new and established writers trying to grow their readership, since you will have the ability to promote your own website, blog, and social media accounts through the author information section displayed at the bottom of your article.

Editorial Development
MELANATED INC works on query basis only, so no unsolicited articles are accepted. We like prospective writers to pitch ideas to the editor by email. Please send your ideas to the magazine to get a commissioned article.
All other assignments are on a SUBMISSION FOR CREDIT bases. We generally do not pay writers outside of two exceptions:
In order to write a piece, a contributor has to pay for an experience (with our approval)
A contributor becomes an official writer and is invited to write for the magazine for the opportunity to be compensated depending on their assignment.
